Hi Pablo, pretty boy!We went to Nana's house for a sleepover, (Cookie/Papa/Dad was in Alaska for 10 days, we missed him, but got a visit on his way back into town). First intro to the horses!! Yay... Brayden loved it and the horses were very curious to meet the new addition.
Blueberries... mmmmm. Brayden had his eye on the good ones....What a perfect Oregon summer! The weather has been outstanding, this is why I put up with the gloom and drizzle the other 9 months out of the year. The weather has just been perfect, getting out and enjoying it is a must, daily! I'm feeling more content in my roll as "mom." Brayden and I are starting to get somewhat of a routine down...which fluctuates often according to B...but apparently he is too young to have attitude...hmmm...we'll see. Its really going sooo great tho...somewhat of a naptime schedule, awake time and feeding all becoming more predictable and clockwork. and I'm having so much fun, every day is better and better.
Brayden you are my amazing little squirt and are so much fun! Your cheeks are getting ever bigger, and some extra chub on your little legs and arms are turning you into such a real "baby!" You have such a great social personality and LOVE being around lots of people. You're almost more content at parties being passed around than at home. You have really suddenly turned a corner...you are "there"...becoming really aware of your surroundings now. Watching patterns, and objects, making great eye contact, and turning your head towards sounds and movements to great them with that huge grin that I live for everyday!! Nights are fantastic...you still get hungry sometime between 3am-5am...but are going down at 9pm without anything but a kiss and a "night-night, I love you" rarely a fuss. You are growing out of all of my favorite outfits, only to find that you have a whole new round of attire to swim in, until they fit you better... baby clothes are a little too fun for mama. You are starting to drool a little, still cooing and trying to figure out how your voice and mouth work together, its so fun to watch and listen. You love farty and smacky sounds, and being outside. The top 5 things to get a smile: "i love you", "hi", "chin-chin-chin-chin-chin" while tickling your chin, "mammamamamma", wide eyes and huge grin. You're still not too down with "tummy time" but we're gettin' there. you're the sparkle in my eye. xxx!

John (Shea's dad) and Brayden at Caitlin's B-day Party.Sadly, Shea,(Adam's long time friend/"brother") passed away from alcohol poisoning. Our hearts go out to his family, he will be terribly missed. xxx
