Life is so sweet these days. The weather is wonderful, Brayden is spectacular, and I am about as happy as I get, and feel so lucky. Adam is loving his new job with Metke. My mom has been wonderful, visiting once a week for a sleep over. Thanks so much "Nanna" for helping sooo much in every way! We all appreciate it tons and really look forward to your visits, you are the BEST! My painting has been on hold since my new "hobby" has arrived, but I am hoping to pick it back up here soon. Oregon summers are great, its so nice to be surrounded by such awesome friends and family, life is good.
Brayden you are almost 6 wks old, I can't believe how much you've changed and grown already. You are smiling, and cooing, and "ah-gooing". You love your little friends on your mobile over your crib and are content to smile at and talk to them for long periods of time. Your favorite time is on your changing table, especially in the mornings. Where you get to lay in all your glory, getting fresh, and gazing out the window. You smile sooo big and talk to mama lots with "aahhs", "ooohs", and "Ahh-goos" it melts my heart every time, I can't get enough! You are sleeping for good chunks of time, usually up at 3am and again at 6am, then 3-4 long naps during the day, with lots of eating, farting, smiling, fussing, pooping, gazing, farting and more sleeping and farting in between. you make every minute full, and we love you sooooo much!!!
I was worried you'd be afraid of the constant explosions, fires, smoke, and crazy flittering lights of all the fireworks going off in the "the war zone" of seaside beach on the 4th....Look how terrified you were poor little guy!
